I won, but have not received my money
I placed a sports bet yesterday, and I won 15 odds having placed Ksh 56. I tried to withdraw; it failed.
I tried again withdrawing Ksh 50; it worked, but the remaining amount failed. Trying to look again in my Betika account balance, the money was withdrawn, but nothing in my M-Pesa account.
I have tried to call you guys; you are not picking. My BET ID is BZLYGB.

My bet was marked as lost without explanation. As per the Betika rule, a win is considered only when a match is played for 90 minutes full time.
